  • White Glue
  • Scissors
  • Tie for hanging purpose (approximate:150mm long)
  • Method:
      1. Cut out the inner and outer parts of the pumpkin and cardboard sign patterns as shown.
        2. Roll neon orange clay into a sheet with Makin's Roller. Place the pumpkin pattern onto the clay then cut with Makin's Mallet. Punch two holes at the top for hanging.
        3. Roll black clay into a sheet with Makin's Roller. Mark the edge with Makin's Mallet according to inner pumpkin paper pattern and cut. Stick the inner shape on top of the larger one.
        4. Roll yellow clay into a sheet with Makin's Roller. Place the sign pattern onto the place and cut around the outline.
        5. Roll brown clay into a sheet with Makin's Roller. Mark the edge with Makin's Mallet according to inner pumpkin paper pattern and cut. Stick the inner shape on top of the larger one.
    6. Roll glow-in-the-dark clay into a teardrop shape then press into the shape of the bat's head.
        7. Roll glow-in-the-dark clay into a teardrop shape then flatten the narrower side to create the body.
    8. Roll glow-in-the-dark clay into a triangular shape then indent it to make the wings. Glue head, body and wings together.
        9. For the bat's eyes cut a thin piece of black clay into two small triangles then stick them onto the head. For the bat's mouth, roll out a long black rope and curve into a smile as shown in the diagram.
      10. Roll glow-in-the-dark clay into a sheet. Make the moon by using the oval and circle shape of Makin's Clay Cutters. Trim to soften the edges.
      11. Stick all parts onto the pumpkin as shown in the diagram with glue.
