1.
Roll
black clay into a triangular shape to make the penguin's
head. Slightly press down to make the eye sockets. |

Roll white clay into the shape shown then place it on
top of the black clay. |

Roll orange-yellow colored clay into a cone then flatten
slightly for the beak. |

Roll red clay into a teardrop shape then bend into the
shape of a hat. Roll a stripe of white clay for the hat,
then a ball for the tip of the hat. Assemble pieces as
shown. |

Roll brown clay into a log and texture the base for the
stump. |

Roll green clay into trapeziums as shown then cut and
texture. Layer on the clay to make the tree. |

Roll yellow clay into a sheet then stamp out a star with
Makin's Clay Cutters (Star). Decorate tree as desired. |

Roll red and white clay into ropes then twist together
to make the candy cane. |

Assemble all the faces and decoration onto the tree. |

Punch a hole at the top of the tree and tread a ribbon
through. |
