  • Method:
      1. Making biscuits
    Roll a 4mm thick light brown clay sheet, cut out 2 crescent & 2 triangle shapes with crinkle cutters. cut the triangle smaller by triangle crinkle cutter as shown, then trim the shortest side of the triangle by crescent crinkle cutter as shown, use Mallet or ruler to texture the surface of the triangle shape, then stick the crescent & triangle shapes together, indent the side with toothpicks or needles.
     
    2. Making ice cream
    Roll a 15mm thick pink clay sheet by roller, cut a triangle out which is smaller than the triangular part of the biscuit with a stainless steel ruler, then trim the shortest side of the triangle by crescent crinkle cutter as shown, cut out a crescent shape by cutter, mark it smaller and trim by scissors, stick them together & sandwich it between 2 pieces of biscuits. Use Chisel or toothpick to texture the surface of ice cream as shown.
      3. Making topping
    Roll a 3mm thick light blue clay sheet by roller, cut a triangle out which is smaller than the triangular part of the biscuit with a stainless steel ruler, then trim the shortest side of the triangle by crescent crinkle cutter as shown, decorate by a thin yellow clay strip as shown, cut a smaller crescent shape out by measuring the crescent part of the biscuit with scissors, stick on top and add a 5mm diameter red clay ball on top as cherry
