Trademark Guidelines

Sino Harvest Ltd. owns the rights in proper and continuous usage of its trademarks to identify its goods and services. When specifying our products, we ask you to follow our trademark usage guidelines to protect and preserve the value of our trademarks.

1. Use appropriate markings

Always denote our trademarks with ™ or ®. In addition, when our trademarks are used in the text of brochures or advertisements, they should have "quotation marks" around them or be italicized or printed in bold style to give clear indication that they are trademarks.

Incorrect:

Clay Mixing Ruler can be used for measuring and mixing new Color of Makin's Clay.

Correct:

Clay Mixing Ruler™ can be used for measuring and mixing new Color of Makin's Clay®.

"Makin's Clay® " is a new type of air dry modeling material.

2. Use our trademarks as adjectives

Always use our trademarks as adjectives that describe the generic product.

Correct:

Makin's Clay® is a new type of air dry modeling material.

Also, it should never be used as possessive or in the plural form.

Incorrect:

Makin's Clay®'s projects...

Correct:

The projects of Makin's Clay® can be used for reference in your design.

	Clay Mixing Ruler™ can be used for measuring and mixing new Colors of Makin's Clay®.
	Take a small piece of Makin's Clay® and place the remainder of the clay in an airtight container for storage.

Correct manner when listing our product:

Makin's Clay®

	Makin's® One 120gm package of red Color
	Roller & Cutters set

Correct manner when writing step-by-step instructions:

Use roller to make a sheet of Makin's Clay®

3. Our trademarks can only be used by organizations that have executed written agreements and have compiled with certain requirements. You may, however, referentially use our trademarks in connection with your product.
